*Rental Times and Policies

     Full day rental: pick-up at 9:00am- return at 4:00pm
All multi day rentals: pick-up at 10:00am- return at 3:00pm

Late returns are subject to a $200.00 P/hr. fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

*Boat operators MUST be 21 years old and possess a valid drivers license and credit card.

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 will be charged at time of reservation.
Bookings must be made by PHONE or WALK-INS ONLY.
This deposit will be applied towards the rental fee at time of boat pick-up.
Again, this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE! Reservation MUST be used by September 30th.
If customer cancels reservation, customer may re-book another available date
of their choosing valid for the current 2024 boating season only.

**"No Shows" or not calling within 5 days of your scheduled rental time,
credit card will be charged the full amount of your boat rental,
and will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

**Boat damage, and or loss of equipment will be charged to customer's credit card at replacement rates.

No GRILLS allowed on boats
No SMOKING allowed on boats
No TOWING of other vessels

Maintaining proper fuel level is the responsibility of the renter.
You will be charged for
an "out of gas" service call.

Keuka Lake Speed limit: DAY=45mph, NIGHT=25mph, 5mph when within 200' of shore.

Inclement Weather: Cancellations allowed only if thunderstorms are imminent.
Early returns WILL NOT result in a refund of any kind.
BPM reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason including inclement weather.
